Wanna be A Tenant at OUr Commerical Kitchen?
We are looking for 2-3 businesses to join our kitchen! You need to be:
An established and licensed food business with the State of Vermont
Looking for regular, weekly use (we offer a flat rate of $200 per day, no cap on hours. Basic refrigeration and dry storage included, options for renting additional space if needed.)
Have the appropriate paperwork to qualify for a health inspection (each tenant will be responsible for holding their own health license)
Be kind, open, and collaborative
We’ll be accepting and evaluating inquiries on an ongoing basis until we find the right fit for our community.
